This is a Conn alto from 1929 (serial # 216 297) that I overhauled recently.
The engravings are intricate and depict a sailboat/ lighthouse/beach/palm scenario.
All rollers are newly fitted and genuine mother of pearl.
The overhaul was done with large nickel plated brass resonators according to my method as described in the workshop page,
It blows more open and freely than most altos and maintains an even sound throughout the registers.
Its one of the most gorgeous and best playing altos I have ever overhauled in 25 plus years as a saxophone repairman. I'm asking for $ 1.800 non negotiable.
